- Tenant Screening - Prospective tenants are carefully screened via criminal, sex offender, background checks along with credit, landlord and employment verification.
- Rent Collection - Rents are due on the 1st, late on the 5th and Pay Rent or Quit Notices are served on the 8th. REMS guarantees your rent proceeds will be electronically deposited into your account no later than the 15th.
- Maintenance - REMS procures low cost maintenance and contacts you anytime a maintenance request is initiated on your property.
- Communication - You will receive timely, detailed financial reports each month and will have 24/7 access to your property manager via cell phone, email and text.
